Love is a Choice

The first Fruit of the Spirit is Love. Out of the 9 Fruits of the Spirit, the other 8 are all expressions of love. Love is patient, love is kind, etc. In Bible thought, Love is a choice. Jesus commands us to love others. So, it’s not just a feeling. It’s also an action. It's the basis of all positive actions. Love is something we do. 1 John 3:18 says, “Let us not love with words or tongue, but with actions and in truth.”
