This isn't a book you just read. It's more of a workbook.
And if you do it right it will keep you busy. (You get out of it what you put
in to it!)
You can go through this on your own or in a group, but I
think it would be worthwhile for just about anyone whether they want to lose
weight or not. It's about so much more than losing weight.
You'll need your Bible next to you as you start this - she
gives you many verses to look up. And a notebook for your thoughts would help
